The elves have been busy all year, and this Christmas they’re opening the gates to Santa’s magical Polar Kingdom...

It’s all happening right here at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre in Harrogate, and your family is on the guest list.

Hop aboard the Santa Express and give a wave from the windows. You never know who might wave back! Then follow the twinkling lights through our Elf Forest Light Trail (mind the elf homes!) and twirl across the ice in the Ice Kingdom, while the grown-ups warm up in the ski bar.

Take a peek inside Santa’s Workshop, post your letter at the North Pole Post Office, enjoy the rides at our Christmas Fun Fair and save room for hot chocolate at the Alpine Markets.

The finishing touches are going on now. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Do I need to register the whole family?

No. One adult can sign up for the family. Please use your own name and email; we don’t need children’s personal details.

Is joining the list free?

Yes, joining Santa’s invitation list is completely free. Event tickets are sold separately.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can change your date through our booking support page. A small fee usually applies.

Free carer tickets

Book your full-price tickets, then email your booking reference and proof of eligibility to apply for a free carer ticket.

Little ones go free

Children aged 12 months and under go free. Pushchairs are very welcome.
