We want every family to enjoy the magic of the Polar Kingdom.
Most of the Kingdom is step-free and accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
A few attractions, such as the Santa Express train ride, may not be accessible to everyone.
Accessible toilets are available on site, and dedicated parking is available for Blue Badge holders.
The Kingdom includes music, bright and flashing lights, snow effects and busy areas.
Quieter times are usually weekday mornings.
Assistance dogs are very welcome.
Carer tickets
If you, or someone in your group, needs a carer to enjoy the visit, you can apply for a free carer ticket once you have bought your full-price tickets.
Carers must be 16 or over and stay with the person they support. Please apply before your visit and allow time for us to check your details.
