Getting ready for the North Pole

Opening times

Open 11 to 13 and 16 to 23 December 2026 (closed Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 December). Entry from 10am, last entry 7:30pm, and the Kingdom closes at 9pm.

Your entry time

This simply helps our elves avoid long queues. Running late? You can still come in. Once inside, stay as long as you like.

Your tickets

Emailed as soon as you book. Show the barcode on your phone at the gate, or print it if you prefer.

By car

Use the postcode HG2 8NZ and follow the signs for Santa's Polar Kingdom.

Parking

Parking is free. To park closest to the entrance, add VIP Parking (£6.99 per car) when you book. VIP spaces are limited each day.

By train and bus

Harrogate station has regular trains from Leeds and York. From there, catch the number 7 bus or take a short taxi ride.

The number 7 and X70 buses both stop nearby.

What to wear

Wrap up warm, the Kingdom is a winter wonderland! Comfy shoes are a good idea as there is plenty to explore.

Food and drink

Plenty of food and drink around the Kingdom. Outside food and drink cannot be brought in, except baby food and milk, and food needed for medical or dietary reasons.

Families

Pushchairs are welcome. Toilets and baby changing are available on site. Only assistance dogs can join you.
