Date changes cost £5 per booking and depend on availability. Tickets cannot be refunded. You can change your date yourself with your booking reference and booking email on our booking support hub
No need to get in touch. You can still come in after your entry time.
An essential companion can visit free of charge. Book full-price tickets for the rest of your group, then email us your booking reference and proof to apply. Once approved, we will send you a free companion ticket. Full steps on our Accessibility page
